Spent most of the day listening to yet another torrential rainstorm in the Bay Area as we cap off years of drought with a neverending parade of storm systems. Encountered this “puddle” on our walk to the neighborhood YMCA for swimming lessons and had to strategize creatively to get across it. Max (age 8): “Guess I probably should have learned to swim a little sooner!”
